How Could He Refuse?
A little inuendo in this vintage 'pin up' image. A lady out hunting riding sidesaddle has asked her horse to jump and he has refused; throwing her in the process. The title could refer to her asking how the horse could refuse at the jump; or perhaps a gentleman rider finding the damsel in her ruffled finery and expsoing more than just a glimpse of stocking would find her too tempting a dish to refuse....or at least come to her aid.
