And as is legions of fans from Ireland greet him in, the connections including Anne Duchess of Westminster, lead him.
In the foreground however a reminder of the spirit of the age. Two glamorous women accompany perhaps a city stockbroker or MP on a jaunt to the races; and as if to cast a raised eyebrow on proceedings, a lady opposite casts over a smile. Are the two women, one of whom is reminiscent of Christine Keeler, high class mayfair call girls? Or maybe models or air hostesses. You decide.
