New digital manipulation by the artist David Dent of the Kladruber series. Beautifully printed on canvas in a highly limited edition of just 50 signed and numbered by the artist. A superbly gothic interpretation of these magnificent horses using beautiful colours and limited pallette. These were done by the artist whilst listening to "Dark Fortress" by Paradox Obscure after revisiting the original artworks some sixteen years after first visiting Kladruber stud the oldest operating stud in the world in the Czech Republic . The breed are either black or white and are admired greatly for their Strength intelligence and calm temperament despite their origins as heavy battle Horses. The official Kladruber stud mark was added with the permission of the former director who had invited David to study and draw them from life. This was the then top stallion of the General Proximal line. But you don't have to be a horse person to enjoy these striking images which are an interior designers dream.
