Regain the Crown : Hurricane Fly at Cheltenham
Hurricane Fly, trained by Willie Mullins and ridden by Ruby Walsh, who brought us so many special memories in victory and defeat at Cheltenham etc has been retired. Here is my tribute to him storming up the Cheltenham hill clear of Rock on Ruby, Countrywide Flame and Zarkandar in the Champion Hurdle at Cheltenham, in a painting entitled "Regain The Crown" where he claims back the title from his nemesis Rock on Ruby.. The original oil is sold but ltd ed prints (250) are available at 17x13" at £65 unframed.
