Welcome to the website of Artists David (D.M.) and Adrian (A.J.) Dent where you can browse their work and buy direct from them. The Dent brothers specialise in particular steeplechasing (National Hunt)... and Erotic/Fashion Art and work in a variety of media including watercolours oils and mixed media. They have a wide and stunning collection of horse racing limited editions and giclee prints available on this site. Sometimes controversial the Dents nevertheless are deeply passionate about their subjects which they handle in a variety of styles from contemporary to traditional. Their client list reads like a who's who of Horse racing from Champion N.H. trainer Paul Nicholls to the Saudi Royal family to top jockeys like Christophe Soumillon Mick Fitzgerald and Richard Hughes.

The images are divided into several theme galleries in order for you to look up your special interests, including a section for Denman and Kauto Star prints and paintings!

If you are an existing client or about to become one the Artist brothers thank you for your help and support in order they are able to bring you images of the subjects they and hopefully you love.

The Dents are world renowned equine artists and have been instrumental in particular in promoting steeplechasing to a new generation; bringing to life the action and spectacle of the game in their dynamic and atmospheric images . But they also have other subjects: flat racing, horses in general, hunting and hounds, wildlife, erotic and fashion images, and others.

They work in a variety of media: oils watercolours and pastels; and have an extensive collection of giclee and limited edition prints. They work in a variety of techniques ranging from classical to impressionist to avant garde images to convey the many dimensions of their passion for the horse.

You can read more about them and their work in the biography section.
